As well you have the Ability to go to previous dates and compare metrics.

Conversation Quality

This dashboard keeps track of all the conversation grade the AI has obtained and give you the quality numbers.

Channel Usage

This dashboard displays the AI agent’s activity across different communication channels, showing how many interactions have occurred via email, SMS, live chat, API, voice calls, and Copilot.

Resource Usage

This dashboard keeps track of the Tokens used by the AI and Call Minutes.

Engagement Metric

This dashboard keeps track of how many total unique users the AI has spoken to.
