Conversation Tab

The Conversation Tab keeps track of the Quality Score, Agent Name, User, Source, Total Message and a Summary.

Whilst allowing you to download the full logs of the conversation or delete them.

Agent Name, User & Messages

Clicking on the Agent Name will send you to the Agent that was used.

Clicking on the User will send you to the Users basic Information tab.

Clicking on Messages it will send you directly to the CoPilot logs.

Sorting

You're able to search and sort easier by changing the Source or Status to what you are specifically looking for.
