The Launch Pad in raiaAI includes a variety of skills that define what an AI Agent can do functionally. These are modular capabilities that you can add to your agent depending on your needs. Here's a full breakdown of all the available skills, as defined in the business rules and user documentation:

Skills Available in Launch Pad

Live Chat

  • Enables real-time chat interactions.

  • Includes a welcome screen, predefined prompts, custom links, branding options, and security features (like IP/country restrictions).

  • Easily embed into any website.

  • Full SDK / Custom CSS Support

SMS

  • Allows two-way texting via a selected Phone Number.

  • Supports default introduction messages and custom signatures.

  • Support Call Forwarding

Email

  • Sends and receives emails using a customizable sender name and email address.

  • Features subject lines, intro messages, signatures, and support for custom domains.

Webhooks

  • Integrates with external systems (e.g., Salesforce, n8n, Zapier).

  • Can send data at key events like after a message or thread ends.

API

  • Offers external systems the ability to interact with the agent programmatically.

  • Secure access through generated API keys for managing conversations, updating agents, and retrieving prompts.

SCORING / SUMMARY

  • Setup Prompt to Score and Summarize Conversations

FUNCTIONS

  • Support native functions called from the conversation

Each agent must have at least one skill, and Live Chat is the default required skill. Skills can be added, removed, or edited after the agent is created. You manage these during the setup process in Launch Pad and further fine-tune them in the Agent's Skills tab post-creation.

Would you like a quick visual matrix or table comparing the skills by channel, function, or customization options?
