The Launch Pad in raiaAI includes a variety of skills that define what an AI Agent can do functionally. These are modular capabilities that you can add to your agent depending on your needs. Full SDK / Custom CSS Support
SMS
Allows two-way texting via a selected Phone Number.
Supports default introduction messages and custom signatures.
Support Call Forwarding
Sends and receives emails using a customizable sender name and email address.
Features subject lines, intro messages, signatures, and support for custom domains.
Webhooks
Integrates with external systems (e.g., Salesforce, n8n, Zapier).
Can send data at key events like after a message or thread ends.
API
Offers external systems the ability to interact with the agent programmatically.
Secure access through generated API keys for managing conversations, updating agents, and retrieving prompts.

Each agent must have at least one skill, and Live Chat is the default required skill. Skills can be added, removed, or edited after the agent is created. You manage these during the setup process in Launch Pad and further fine-tune them in the Agent's Skills tab post-creation.
